With our shipping insurance, you can rest assured that Benz Tech Modules LLC will replace your modules at no additional cost in case of loss or damage during transit. If your package gets lost in transit, we will replace all of the lost modules and program them to your Mercedes at no additional cost.

It’s essential to note that if the courier provides proof that your package was delivered to your address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after that. This proof of delivery may include delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or other documentation provided by the courier. After you send your package to us, we will cover you if it does not reach us. If it reaches us and is damaged or stolen from our premises or any other premises, we will cover the loss.

In the rare event of a loss, you must send us another module from your vehicle that contains security data so we can program replacement modules for you. For example, if you sent us your Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) and keys and they were lost, we would ask you to send us your Engine Control Module (ECM). We would extract the security data from your ECM and program it to a replacement EIS and set of keys.
