Choose your programming option
- Unprogrammed ECM — $129: Used donor ECM only. Programming is not included; this is not a plug-and-play replacement.
- Virginize — add $100: We reset the ECM for adaptation. It must then be learned in and coded to the vehicle using the appropriate Mercedes-Benz Star Diagnostics / Xentry / DAS procedure. Installation alone will not complete programming.
- Clone — add $350: Send us your original ECM so we can transfer its security data and vehicle-specific coding to this compatible donor. A successful clone is supplied ready to install without further programming. The required data must be readable from your original ECM; contact us before ordering if it is water-damaged, burned, previously altered, or cannot be read.
What to send for cloning
Send your original ECM and include your order number and contact information. This listing includes the replacement donor ECM. Follow the shipping instructions provided with your order.
Warranty
If we clone your ECM, you receive a two-year warranty. If you purchase the unprogrammed ECM and have it programmed or cloned elsewhere, you receive a three-month warranty. If the ECM is opened (the lid is removed), the warranty is void and we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
