Contact us before ordering or shipping. Send your vehicle year, model, chassis code, VIN, and a clear photo of the instrument cluster part-number label. We will review your exact cluster and confirm whether we can extract its SSID.
What the service includes
- Reading and decoding the SSID from your compatible, customer-supplied instrument cluster.
- Providing the recovered SSID for your repair or using it in a separately arranged programming service.
- Returning your instrument cluster after the service.
The $400 price covers SSID extraction from one instrument cluster. A replacement cluster, EIS/EZS cloning, key programming, and other module programming are separate services. Extraction depends on the cluster version, condition, and readability of its stored data.

Newer security systems and replacement or previously modified clusters need individual assessment. If your chassis is not listed, contact us with your details and we will review it.
How to order
- Confirm compatibility: Call or text (818) 510-3375, or contact us online with your vehicle and cluster details. Tell us whether the original EIS and key are available and what repair you are carrying out.
- Place your order: Once we confirm the service is suitable, purchase this service and keep your order number.
- Send your cluster: Follow the shipping instructions provided with your order. Pack the cluster securely and include your order number and contact information. Only send additional modules if we request them.
- Receive your result: We extract the SSID from the supported cluster and arrange its return. Confirm current turnaround and shipping options with us before sending your parts.
